Puppy Kindergarten

For puppies younger than 18 weeks

This class focuses on peer socialization. In our safe and controlled environment, your puppy will be encouraged to socialize, which is crucial to their becoming a friendly, well-adjusted adult dog. We'll also discuss general puppy care, nutrition, grooming, housetraining, biting, chewing, and jumping. The exercises introduced here also provide a great foundation for future training.

Premiere Puppy

For puppies between 18 weeks and 8 months

This is our basic obedience class for older puppies who have not gone through Puppy Kindergarten. You'll learn how to positively motivate your dog to perform specific behaviors such as sit, stand, down, off, come, stay, and walk politely on leash. We'll also focus on handling techniques and peer socialization.

Premiere Adult

For dogs 8 months and older

This course is the same as Premier Puppy, but for dogs eight months and older. Six weeks, $199 (you save $21)

Graduate

For graduates from any of the above classes

We raise the level of difficulty by increasing duration, distraction level, and distance. New exercises introduced include heeling, go to your mat, stand for exam, and greeting people. Special emphasis will be made on recalls. This class will also address problems your dog may be having — pulling on the leash, ignoring commands, etc.

Advanced

For dogs who pass our Graduate class

This class is for the owner who wants a well behaved dog who can go anywhere in public, while also preparing your dog to become a Canine Good Citizen! We'll emphasizes the ten specific tests a dog must complete successfully to receive a Canine Good Citizen Certificate through the American Kennel Club.

Private Training

All private, in-home training sessions provide individualized dog training programs based on the specific needs of both the owner and the dog. Our highly knowledgeable trainers will accommodate all training needs ranging from a basic obedience to aggression problems.
